    Tanzania is handing out these framework agreements to everyone like lottery tickets , having a profitable high grade resource needing a low Capx is the rule to fund it and you have none of that plus how much for the RAP this time ? moving the poor Tanzanian families from the town should be at least $20 million to be fair not screwing them over for $10 million like last time .
