Because they've been 'announcing' snippets of this BS for years. It's always quoting a source like the local newspaper or some other shite. The previous minister for mines actually apparently flat out said the SML would be granted, back in 2018 or something. Frustrating hold and the risk/reward gets worse as the market cap climbs.
