On return, it's worth considering we are sitting on a 1b Npv (with new ree pricing) asset which is ready to go and sml verbally agreed in pro-funding environment. I'd give that NPV a 50 percent valuation at the least giving us a market cap of 500m or 3.5x return or 36c
