Big call dante....l presume that mean either way?
Even if there is a shortfall in finding it should be enough (if enough) to attract the shortfall from elsewhere ....but l don't know if the local investors have been keeping these funds in a tin under their bed for the best part of 12 months waiting for this process to be approved etc ...the concern now may be have they still got funds available to invest, or have they lost interest and gone elsewhere
