Furthermore have you ever had your own business? If you have you would know there are great incentives on taking up a lease in business park. You know you do a five year lease and they give you the first 6 months free and then another 6 months in the following year. I have done this myself several times and I know of many companies that have had similar agreements Did you even know that was possible? I suppose you don't because you would not have come up with those remarks if you knew how the leasing world sometimes works.

At the end of the day you have no idea what arrangements Magnis has made and neither do I but I am sure they are laughing at your comments if they read here. To make money you need a business sense and with comments like yours it seems clear you would have negotiating skills if you believ what you have said.

Lets leave the business making decisions to Magnis. They would have a much better idea what's happening behind the scenes then you do.

As for your 5 month comment the acquisition was made on the 8th of Feb. So 5 months would be early July. Please if you are going to make comments like these do some research first instead of making things up.
