“Over $200-million was initially invested by the previous owners into the plant, which was constructed and started full scale operations in 2016 and employed over 290 people.”

It’s safe to say the $200 million investment covered everything, including the whopping 290 employees. Ever run a business? Why don’t you cost that factor up for me.

It also says the plant was “constructed” which perhaps suggests they started this project with a patch of dirt. Factor that in, too.
