Can you explain how MNS is going to export its fully funded bulk sample now that the Tanzania Government has banned exports of graphite ore (Tanzania mining law change) and the graphite concentrate - (as claimed by MNS)
IMO it would now be impossible for MNS to complete the bulk sample that U1 has requested, It is also my understanding that this sample has not be sent, there is no payments in any of the MNS financial statements, no announcements that detail that the sample has been sent, no announcement that the AU drill samples have been processed into a graphite concentrate.
I also recall you claim it was worth atleast $1mil ?
How are MNS ever going to gain finance from U1 / anyone else if the samples are still in drill cores in WA and the additional samples from Nachu are yet to be completed or processed into a concentrate.
How will MNS gain finance with these new restrictions ?
