The problem is KOH there are no approved mines in Tanzania, no one can supply graphite to the SEZ.

It really is a pointless approval until any company is
    a) willing to supply you,
    b) gains mining approval
    c) gains finances for the mine
    d) builds the mine
    e) commissions the mine,
    f) the Graphite is acceptable to the end users, or more importantly can be used in MNS giga factories.

With the new changes to the Tanzania mining legislation, unprocessed graphite has now been banned for export, IMO it is going to be extremely difficult for MNS to gain finance for there project if they are unable to process there graphite or into a Graphite concentrate,
I know of another 2 Tanzania companies that have already completed commercial scale bulk samples.

This is one reason why I am keen to know what is going on with U1 and their fully funded bulk sample?
