Hi Tony,
What is wrong with my Graphene company that mines its own graphite from Sri Lanka?
I am certainly impressed with what they have achieved so far, they are now one of the worlds largest producers of highly conductive, Jumbo Platelet, low defect graphene,
It would be one of the most researched materials on the planet with the EU investing $1 Billion Euro's in the Graphene Flagship. The UK Government and EU are investing another $61 million pounds into the National graphene Institute.
this link might provide you some additional information on what Graphene is / uses

Getting back to MNS and the "Mineral Concentrate",
If I haven't provided any information that confirm all "Mineral Concentrate" can be exported.
That MNS's Jumbo and Super Jumbo graphite is only a"Mineral Concentrate".
And there is the differences between MNS and the rare earth companies interpretations of the new legislation.
It might be best for all of us to wait unit Tanzania Government update the mining regulations.
