It is what the announcement is saying and with no retraction for those like you who can comprehend it I think it would be better getting an email from the company you hold and ask them to clarify it at their end because they had the chance to yesterday yet not a peep in their announcement. Make sure you let them know you want to paste the email contents online so they word it properly. As for the jumping up and down it's not from the Magnis holders.
