Ah see trommel tricky wording can often get let through to the keeper! I am in no better position than yourself with respect to how MNS or any other graphite hopeful is approaching their talks/negotiations with the Tanz government, although I haven't seen a recent update with how that is progressing with MNS?! Other companies have at least announced current and ongoing engagement in that respect.
As for your post re KNL....That was a formula "Error" and they at least had the fortitude and gumption to correct it. Can't say the same for others!
