It's all in the wording Bailey. That statement makes reference to "Unprocessed mineral concentrates" Then goes on to mention "Graphite concentrates" as though they are one and the same.......They are not! Further to that there is NOTHING in the legislation that refers to a ban on "Processed" concentrates, which is exactly what any/all graphite hopefuls in Tanzania(Including Magnis) are proposing in their mining operations.
