    Like I said Tony, the legislation doesn't prohibit the export of "Processed" minerals. Graphite concentrate by its nature is a "processed" product. And I believe its a little foolish to think that an ASX announcement some how trumps the legislative mechanism of a sovereign nation such as Tanzania.
