Magnis presently has one sales agreement totaling 25,000 tpa (15,000 tpa Super Jumbo & 10,000 tpa Jumbo flake). Based on the implications of some of the posters on here, Magnis will not be able to supply Nachu graphite to fulfill this sales agreement, I for one don't believe this to be the case. Of course, this is a good thing for Magnis, but it also dispels the notion that other graphite miners (GPX, KNL, VRC, WKT et al) will be unable to export their graphite products.
The SEZ Licence granted to to Magnis offers very attractive tax exemptions, it does not make them the only eligible exporter of Tanzanian graphite.
It's obvious ddzx that you have a good understanding of graphite products, most of the posters on this forum do not.
