The mention of funding (for gas pipelines, roads etc) was a little light on detail, I wouldn’t give it too much credence until some detail is provided. It’s easy to make those kind of statements when you never have to back them up.
As for Item 6 of from today’s announcement, I think Magnis’ wording was rather crafty and some readers have been fooled into thinking other graphite companies will be unable to export their graphite. Were you fooled, Tony?
