acquisition going ahead is good.
some decently priced options as part of the transaction 30c so would suggest we've got a decent upside ahead.
having the MD of TAO propose to have GTT assist in the placement (of which he is also a director) is a major conflict of interest and pretty unprofessional IMO. but welcome to the penny stocks of the asx.
essentially paying his own company to raise the money.
