An absolute disaster.

Loan deal fell apart. Difficulty in raising capital at 8.3 c.
With the cap of 7 cents SPP, no chance of the share price heading higher until the closing date.
Tax loss selling intensifying until end of June.
Out of the ASX 300 or even out of the All ORDS perhaps.
MANAGEMENT REPUTATION IN THE TOILET.
Prime candidate for TAX LOSS sell for large and retail holders.

If the merger thing goes ahead, then I can't see this even listing back in ASX, there will be just no reason to list here after all this. It will even get difficult for holders to sell their shares.

No proof of the plant upgrade being successful in terms of cost until it is commissioned and pumping full on. All this will take more & more time and more money of course.
It is a big ask to believe anything management says now.

I have finally given up on BDR.
It became a prime candidate for tax loss sale. So I have sold.

Luckily I had some tremendous gain recently in some other dogs......which needed to be offset.

I gave back around 50% of my previous gain in BDR......decided not to let everything vanish.
It still hurts but not blaming anyone other than myself.
We win sometimes, we lose sometimes. Part of the game.
At least my arms and legs are intact.


If it merges with Golden Harp and lists back on ASX, and the plant upgrade shows any improvement in terms of grade and cost. Will rethink to enter. If the plant upgrade really works out......I can always buy back...maybe have to pay more for the confirmation.
For now I am done.
