Confirmation with infill drilling is important, as indicates did not just hit a nugget with drill core sample, but likely have an area containing high grade fine gold. So with mining would expect grade to be strongly correlated with actual sample results, rather than getting a false high result with drilling and disappointment with actual processing of the ore.
