Suffering from lack of activity planned with major activity not happening drilling wise until second half of 2010. However, as you state positive philippines developments with Exxon will act as a driver for sp appreciation for TAP due to nearology....
Farm in and insurance payout all good news which does surprise me....should get back to above 1.20 when oil price starts to move up again....
