    Great question. I guess the rule says they must file it "within one month after the end of each quarter of their financial year" - no mention of working days. Meaning if they file tonight and it pops up by tomorrow morning it should be within the rules ...

    If it however doesn't pop up tomorrow morning, than there might be a reason to become nervous ...
