I like the management, they are honest. They have disclosed the fact that the operations have issues that need resolving and have asked for the funds to resolve the issues. Couldn't be clearer.

There are absolutely no similarities between how WPG and KBL handled raising capital. None whatsoever

This stock should come good. I decided to sell because I wanted to apply the funds elsewhere but I intend to keep an eye on the stock in the hope things turn around as planned and I will then get back in to a safer albeit more expensive company
