Yes agreed the prospectus was full disclosure but presumably they could have raised the money from the sophisticated and never needed a prospectus. In any event, the point I am making is that they have been transparent...that's not to say we have to like what we see....

My take is simple, when a company goes into operations repair mode it can have many outcomes ranging from great to very bad...I have chosen to stay away until the outcome is clear and am prepared to pay more for that security
