I haven't known a company that has so many delays every project...

I haven't known a company that has so many delays every project we tackle something goes wrong and delays are common. Other companys working in the same area have their wells in production within 2 months with us 5 months.
Discussions underway with the operator for next well, I thought with 60% holding we were the operators (when they announced the original purshase with 60% they were taking control) so surely discussions will be a little one sided.
Lets get somtthing going quickly or the OB's will be a write off.
