That should be the complaint,, 'that free options are being given to Sophs and not Shareholders ',,,but apparently according to the Ann, these Sophs can complain after they get the free options if they're not happy with the deal??
i. e. if the option price goes down or something like that,,
..I think we Shareholders are in the wrong business.
