I do like the clarity around this announcement, and they have spelled out who and who not this raise is suitable for. Hopefully it will be enough for investors to ascertain which category they fit in so as to limit further potential losses due to the inherent risk implied. The disclosure is very clear but I wonder who initiated the concept was it a condition of the raise considering past history? Hopefully it is ADO themselves.
I haven't been exposed to a TMD before, I know of no precedent?
