not sure who came up with the 6 September deadline but it's much more then is needed. Everyone would have received letters now, end of this month would have been plenty.
some real silly calls being made, IMO announcing anything while CR is still open is silly - everyone will just try to buy in the CR additional allocation instead of on market.
management need to pull heads in here, really poor. if they could I'd even be considering shortening the deadline now to 1 week earlier (if possible).
