Convertible Notes - Good or Bad idea ??

As I have mentioned previously, cash was going to be short at this point given the drilling program verse the income !!

Do they have to disclose who is holding the notes ?? and can the note holder take the interest payments and convert near the end of the term...therefore possibly a double bonus subject to the value of the shares ??
