I agree agree invertedya. IMO, It looks like DLS prefer not to increase their bid but run a scare campaign against Magnum Hunter's much higher offer through AQO's own directors. That's what it sounds on this statement as you said. Very strange. I haven't seen any recommendation by own company directors like this one!

Every business carries many risks, but I can't see any problem Magnum Hunter. That's not me only, US investors can't see much risk either that it's stock price is over $8 !
