    I'd ask the question to Matt Sullivan what is the strategy ? Sit on cash it appears to be .... why isn't Cirrus chasing acquisitions and developing leading edge services. This company will be sold too cheap. The board and CEOs lack of innovation, experience of a company this size is starting to bear fruit.
