Depends on who you ask, the market keeps accumulating...
Plenty of cash in the bank (almost as much as mkt cap), and one tenement already granted near infrastructure in an area which atm is one of the hottest coal plays around. With increasing demand from China this is the place to be, and current market depth + recent accumulation point to a continuation of what we've seen since the start of this month. On friday alone 7 new buy orders placed at 24-25c, over $200,000 worth, and thats more then the entire sell side up to 30c so imo expect this to continue north.
