this looks like a prospective play.

According to the last announcement the Mongolian Govt had already granted them 1 of the 5 tenements they are applying for.
Coking coal plays are going for top dollar. This one has no potential priced in.
as everyone has said at 22c that gives a m/cap of of $47m and cash in bank is $46m.
no dilution or cash burn through buying another company as they are applying to the govt for the tenements - a lot to like.
