There will definitely be progress but as you know these things take time. They are suggesting another 12 months, they face a public review and there could be appeals. RWD was 15 months after submitting ERD.
It could depend on whether Deakin Uni, UNSW, UQ, WA conservation groups etc on social media are watching/waiting.
They will have the advantage of following RWD.
