KK that is very wise saying & one I should hold onto. Thanks for providing info on the other side of the coin as I too am optimistic by nature & need to be realistic and sceptical as well. ie one needs to debate himself as its our money.

Still while mae is alive there is hope, but the $$ will now be made by new entrants rather than the longer term holders such as me.
