Why would HSBC sell their 13.89% shareholding for 4.2cps when they bought in mostly on the raising capital price of 5cps given the fact FMG hold 19.9% and there is another 12% to 15% of smaller retailers holding strong and not budging or in a hurry to sell just because you say so or that of others with the same agenda as yourself.
You have quoted everybody has a sell price and buyers have their buy price when all is said and done and Gina only gets to 30 maybe 35% of the shareholding why would the staunch holders want to sell ourselves out short as you keep alluding that we all should be doing, commonsense tells you that if Gina/Redstone do not get the required percentage and the bidders statement even quotes the same that they can extend the offer period or the offer is varied to increase the offer.
Again why would anybody knowing full well the bidders statement also states that the offer will be extended by 14 days in the event of not getting the required percentage of shares why would I want to sell or anybody for that matter for 4.2cps but hey you can always sell your pretend shares, maybe the tooth fairy will leave you a couple dollars when you do.
