I expect someone was playing games today with the close. There were 5 million shares offered during close, at 4.2 cents. Buyers lined up with bids of 4.3 cents +. Given the close only sold 2.19 million shares, there must have been a bunch of last minute cancellations.

I struggle to understand how you change your mind (within 10 minutes) on selling shares at 4.2 cents when AGO is a sure thing for that price - just accept the offer.
