Not sure someone would wait to the last minute to make a counter offer. Every day delayed is a day Redstone increase their holdings thus making a takeover by another partymore difficult. Any party considering and delaying would be working against themselves.

Counter offer is getting less likely by the day, I would happily said 50%+ chance a few weeks ago probably 10% now.

I can see Redstone increasing offer to 4.5c in final week or so.
