Hey Bubsmark. Yes it is possible. It is non binding and off market. They can pull the rug at anytime. Dml is a target for good reason and the current economic environment supports their bold move. If the offer is rejected? Yes the stock can drop back to levels as seen before. The question remains what is it worth. $3.00? $3.50 is more like the current value. The more bold the acquirer the better the deal for them. DML is still making good progress and lifting the value for LT share holders. If Cathay decide not to proceed it will only be a matter of time before another larger company sees the value and swoops. This could be a $5-$6.00 a share in a few years but no good to see it taken at this price. All of the above is IMHO and I hold no shares. I have and still hold for some family members. Kind Regards.
