    re: Ann: Targets Statement - Board Recommends... With an "independent expert" saying DML is worth between $1.74 and $2.11 the next move is very obvious. CFC just need to bid somewhere between $1.80 and $2.00 and the board will have to take the offer. Aternatively, if there is a 3rd bidder sitting in the wings they will need to come out right now and make a bid otherwise CFC win.

    Just my opinion though. What does everyone else think???
