re: Ann: Targets Statement - Board Recommends... if the chinese are accumulating insto holdings, why aren't we getting any substantial holding notices indicating cathay is increasing its holdings? the last notice said they had 13% as at 8 Nov. As I understand, Cathay have to disclose any movement of more than 1% by 9:30am the next business day. unless they are buying through nominees, it would appear they are not accumulating
