    re: Ann: Targets Statement - Board Recommends... all i can suggest is that since the t/o announcement there are a small number of clients of certain brokers, UBS, Citi, Credit Suisse, who appear to be trying to keep the sp within a certain range 165-175. the last couple weeks there seems to have been a ceiling put on the stock at exactly 170.

    Maybe cathay is capping the stock so they dont have to increase the offer?
