Can anyone shed any light on way these statements don’t include an independent experts valuation on Warrego?

With competing offers and conflicting recommendations from board members from my perspective a so called “independent” expert report would be quite useful. Even more so when our directors were actually recommending a bid of 20c a share without any real backing as to what value they believed the company was worth.

Even today I don’t believe the directors have given any view on this rather just saying “take the highest offer”, which is still not particularly helpful.
