Loving that independent valuation, and the comment about looking at other potential (superior) offers. 22 cents per share...I'm going have a wine and a little day dream about that.
Risk obvs is that the 3 large shareholders have enough to get it done without us plebs, but there's no guarantee they will support it (outside of Sibelco, who have already stated they support it).
