Exactly. The liquidity ain’t there if a larger shareholder were to exit the PGF price would not be able to hold up. Either PGF up their offer or WAM has it in the bag. Wam is unconditional so it will already go through. My guess is they will get up to 20-25pc which will derail the scheme. PGF better come up with a better offer soon otherwise it would be too late.
