exactly, 40% is crap considering what this new board has done: sold off Li on cheap, done a deal with RMS (prior to Ularring results) and now sit back and do an 80 page document on why we should accept whilst collecting a weekly pay. nice work if you can get it. They did not get into the dirt like Tom did, they are 'deal makers', like bankers (with a W)
