Some things to note as a former holder myself.

1. I believe the offer is a pittance.

2. However, to play devils advocate, would the price be almost 50c right now but for the offer? or would it still be late 20's, maybe early 30s?

I know POG is increasing, but near term price catalysts were not there, from a company perspective, only macro.

In saying that, a revised offer of 2-2.2 to 1 is fair, but extremely unlikely. Perhaps 2.6 at best, which I still don't see happening.
