No hesitation recommending shareholders accept the offer by the directors with big shareholdings. In fairness, they should have commissioned an expert to determine whether the ~$66/oz offer was in fact fair and reasonable. VAN's recent share price doesn't have much bearing on the actual value of the project, just the baggage that came with it.
