I don’t think you looking at the overall picture, the court cases aside that debt had to be repaid, BMc Chinese connections were obviously tired of stumping up as they’ve been told since 2018 this was 6 months away from production. Once they stopped tipping in cash for CR there was little choice for the BOD, they were effectively backed into a corner, they had to get something or lose everything. Now throw both court cases in the mix and it’s buyer beware so any buyer would be allowing for costs and liabilities, doesn’t matter if they eventuate or not they will be used to back off the purchase price. Unfortunately it’s obviously the best that could be achieved.
