There's the answer to my question yesterday re AD and Cliff's price.
"the assessed valuation range for a Minemakers Share of $0.41 to $0.60 is significantly higher than the assessed valuation range for the consideration offered by UCL for each Minemakers Share of $0.21 to $0.38, depending on the level of acceptances received by UCL"
Now to see how serious the Omanis are about removing MAK from the JV. I suspect most of us would be happy to get close to even the lower end of that range.
