wonder if he will raise the bid to 21c to get a director's recco. costs him another $6m or so for the ~62% he doesn't own.
as a man of considerable patience, he could just see the current bid thru and then come again but if conditions are actually bottoming the weighted cost could end up being a fair bit higher, not to mention there would be additional mucking around.
