The only thing PXU can control is the Dividend payment.
nothing else.
i am still much happier to be a PPX holder than PXU holder
i still don't understand why PXU holders are not happy to get 50% of a company that could be worth 100m+ once all converted than sit on a pile of junk loan that is worth nothing if this deal does not go through
